EcoAssist Powered by AI
The AI Chatbot uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, to understand and respond to user queries in a human-like manner. The chat can answer frequently asked questions and execute actions like, approving or rejecting managees’ timesheets, requests, vacation requests and reimbursements.
Candidate creation through PDF
The AI reads the candidate’s resume and automatically fills all the profile information.
Interview email body generation
After filling the mandatory fields of the interview form, the AI generates an email body automatically.
Interviews summary generation
After filling the scorecards during the candidate selection process and moving the candidate to an approval stage, the approval form will be displayed and recruiters can click to generate the summary of the interviews using AI.
AI Search Assistant
This feature is available for both job openings search and candidates search and it uses AI semantic search, that aims to understand the intent and contextual meaning behind a query to retrieve more relevant and accurate results. Unlike traditional keyword-based search, semantic search considers the context, synonyms, and relationships between words and phrases to deliver results that match the searcher’s intent rather than just the exact words used.
AI Candidate Suggestion
In the job opening details page, the AI analyzes candidate resumés, identifies their skills, seniority levels and location, and compares them to the specific requirements of the position, indicating relevant candidates.
